Cons
Over the past couple of years, constant reorganizations (often with no discernible benefits) have completely wrecked the equilibrium and trust within the company and between the teams. A lot of it has appeared to be reorganizing for its own sake. Certain team managers have become a lot more focused on "managing up" rather than managing their teams and getting the actual work done. In the process, a new trend of employee demoralization has appeared in some teams, sometimes verging on harrassment. Instances of bullying, racist remarks and harrassing behavior by some supervisors that are reported have either been ignored or resulted in the employee being berated, sidelined or terminated
