Pros

Free ballet tickets! Pride in working for such an amazing cultural institution and non-profit. The Ballet does a ton of charitable work and outreach programs for the community that are truly incredible.

Cons

The telemarketing and telefundraising portions of the office raise a lot of money, but at the expense of alienating patrons by calling too many times.
