* Strong focus on Clinical Excellence and organizational effectiveness * Clinical Staff are great to work with and generally supportive * Supportive admin/management * Amazing place to work if you are new to the field of ABA or a seasoned RBT. * Respects works/life balance

Pros

All of the RBTs and BCBAs are dedicated to what they do and care about the clients. Everyone is there to help and work together to achieve the goals set for the clients. The team is truly a team with constant communication and awesome supervisors.

Cons

Burnout is always high in this field, even with the best working environments. The number of sick days doesn't cover the number of days needed for mental health or physical sickness.
