Pros

As is the case most places in the feild, you work with some of the most amazing and caring folks.

Cons

Burnout, low pay, Unpredictable cancelations, dubious management (rather than correcting issues with the work place they would rather artificial change their reviews with fake ones)

Pros

Flexible work schedule and great onboarding process. As well as a friendly work environment. The BCBA's were great and supportive. They provided well-rounded training and many opportunities to grow/learn.

Cons

Very fast paced and demanding, which led to some burn out. Negotiating salary yearly was also challenging and felt inflexible.
