I see you are currently employed with us and would welcome the opportunity to speak with you. Additionally, we recently sent out staff surveys to gain feedback from everyone on what is going well and the ways we can improve. These surveys are completely anonymous. no annual cost of living raises, if you want an annual eval you have to ask for it and it's just an eval, it's not attached to a raise.
