      Pros

      Good Benefits Great co-workers Casual working environment No micro-managing Management gives recognition Able to telecommute I work with some very bright people and have learned much during my time here.

      Cons

      I believe the corporate management is still running scared after the lifting of the warning letter. I'm not seeing enough focus on new technology. There are too many fires that they feel need putting out.

      Generally good culture, rewarding products that make a real difference in people's lives, compensation is decent, work/life balance is very good

      Cons

      Could make more money going to MDT or STJ (well-known fact), middle management isn't always great at letting lower levels do their jobs, definitely run by "cliques"

      knowing products help patients some great people work there

      Cons

      senior leadership in IS is incompetent IS leadership does not trust their employees are capable of doing the jobs they hired them to do too many firedrills with more spreadsheets to fill out due by end of day micromanagement is burdensome to teams management brow beats employees, highly critical and negative IS Leadership team think much too much of themselves ... the "elite".. too much emphasis on process too many single points of failure not given proper resources to do the job management does not care about their employees terrible morale terrible work/life balance questionable ethics of management
