      It's easy enough to get by. People just tip-toe around any issue and there is never any real confrontation. It's like political correctness gone wrong.

      Cons

      It can get mindless at times. No one seems to be competent at anything and no one wants to rock the boat.

      Decent pay, great training opportunities and business practices. Some great people to work with as peers. The company has lots of potential.
