      Salary and benefits match up to other companies in bio-tech industry. Employees are always busy with work.

      Cons

      Lack of mobility, growth due to mid-level jobs being outsourced. Politics with management worse due to reporting structure changes-Directors and above for some functions are in MN, MASS or another part of the globe. People are always busy...work-life balance weighted more for work.
