      Pros

      Joined Bottomline about a year ago and had a very smooth onboarding experience. The team is extremely helpful and supportive, making it easy to settle in. There is a strong learning curve with opportunities to work on meaningful problems and take ownership. Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model with only two days a week from the office help maintain an excellent work-life balance. There is no micromanagement, and leadership focuses on outcomes rather than hours spent. The organization believes in trust, the end goal, and provides good perks and benefits beyond salary. No unnecessary peer pressure, which creates a healthy and positive work environment.
