Bottomline reviews

The CEO is out of his mind. He makes employees post good reviews on Glass Door to try and overwrite all the bad reviews. The place is a joke. Many employees are looking for other jobs and dread going in to work every day. Micromanagement to the extreme, how does management have time to do the work they are suppose to be doing? If you don't sign your name the way they think it should look you are made to be miserable. The CEO treats everyone poorly and has no idea everyone laughs behind his back. He throws childish temper tantrums and doesn't care who sees him doing it. He actually thinks people respect him! He walks through the building on every floor looking for something to scream about. The management under him for the most part aren't much better. There is no work/life balance unless you are one of the chosen few.

This is not a place to sit back or be an individual contributor. Bottomline looks for and rewards leaders, people who will drive results and contribute to the team, regardless of title or role. I think of this as a pro, but employees are held to a high standard and the work can be demanding-- it isn't for everyone.
