Beautiful facility and natural setting.

Cons

The executive leadership is only concerned with protecting their jobs. The organization is not honest or transparent with employees. You will never receive praise or recognition for good work (executive leadership will suck that up for themselves) you will only receive blame for things outside your control. They say all the right words but their actions are selfish and self-serving. This place is a scam.

The onboarding review was very helpful & informative. It was broken up with break times and kahoot games which made it much less painful than previous orientations I've had to do.

Cons

I wish I had a little bit more job-specific information. it seemed mostly geared towards employees who work directly with patients and not as much IT.
