All staff and new employee support has been so helpful and kind allowing for a low stress beginning to my nursing career. I feel like a lot of information and scheduling was provided to me before I had to ask and I know that if I have issues I already know people to approach.

Cons

New employee orientation occurs with my different career paths causing for you to have to think about what information applies to you.
