      Pros

      The lab is one of the best I've worked in. Coworkers are great, leadership is approachable, lab keeps up with the latest equipment and technology. I've learned so much during my time at BCH.

      Cons

      Would be nice to be able to have the option of working 10 hour shifts instead of 8.

      Co workers were fun and had a good sense of humor.

      Cons

      Punitive and capricious “1 minute late policy” that is strictly enforced. Pay is nowhere near what EVERY other hospital and research lab in the area is paying. Management is a joke. Extremely high turnover rate. Unpaid lunch.
