      Pros

      The onboarding review was very helpful & informative. It was broken up with break times and kahoot games which made it much less painful than previous orientations I've had to do.

      Cons

      I wish I had a little bit more job-specific information. it seemed mostly geared towards employees who work directly with patients and not as much IT.

      Pros

      Inpatient PTs work on several different floors offering a great opportunity to not get bored in one area of the hospital. Realistic caseload, and felt a lot of support and care from the dept managers.

      Cons

      Unfortunately PT’s do not do any wound care here. Pay is not also negotiable and pretty low compared to other states with same cost of living. Benefits are reasonably good if you are full time.
