Have made a lot of changes to salary & retirement to be competitive. Great people to work with - strong teamwork! Good leadership that really is listening to staff for ideas and feedback. Beautiful location and facility - building a new Behavioral Health building

Still some pockets of "this is how we've always done it", but getting better
