Pros

Treated like family and really will try to work with you to retain you as an employee. Ability to transfer within depts is a thing I liked. They have done market adjustments to keep salary fair within Denver/Metro area.

Cons

Can't think of none. The only thing was pay was probably below market value but they've done market adjustments in the last year so that issues been fixed.

Promote from within which is great, however, often those people become stagnant in the position.

Cons

some of the positions they have promoted from within are not filled with employees who stay updated. Many of these employees / management are stuck in a rut.
