Pros

Nice co workers despite poor labor conditions.

Cons

Too many patients, and tech issues constantly where entire hospital goes down. Scary for pt care.

Pros

Coworkers are friendly, and will generally go out of their way to help you out. Made many friends at work. My department manager is fantastic.

Cons

The pay is below most other employers for the same job title and responsibilities. There is an over emphasis on technology, newness, and gadgetry that does not necessarily improve patient care. They are very strict about overtime. The culture is tolerable, but people seem generally frustrated, overworked, and underpaid. Food is not very good. Scheduling can be hit or miss. It can be hard to get good hours.
