Cons
This is one of the most chaotic companies I’ve worked for. Training is inconsistent, and there’s constant misinformation about processes, expectations, and compensation. Recruiters are expected to work 60+ hours a week with very little support. They give new hires very little time to get trained. Turnover is extremely high and people are regularly fired or put on PIPs within the first few months. The commission structure is constantly changing, making it nearly impossible to track or actually receive what you’re told you’ll earn. What’s promised during the interview process does not match reality. Management and HR are unhelpful and often unprofessional. The environment is divisive, which leads to poor client relationships, unpaid invoices, and frequent candidate fall-offs. On top of that, role distribution feels uneven, with some recruiters consistently getting low-quality or unworkable roles. The culture is very much a churn-and-burn “mill” focused on volume over quality. If you’re not one of the favorites, it’s difficult to succeed. People are always blaming the recruiters. Overall, this is a high-pressure environment with low transparency and little stability.
