      Pros

      Being a part of the boutique team has been an such an exciting experience. The hands-on training in a fast-paced environment pushed me to grow both personally and professionally! There's so much opportunity for development, and the supportive culture makes it easy to thrive. I especially appreciated the strong sense of teamwork, both in the office and during our team-building events outside of work. It's a truly motivating and collaborative place to be!
