I work remote, and the flexibility is wonderful. I never have to worry about missing an event with my kids. Also, the leadership is so supportive; I've reported to a couple different people and I've never had a negative experience with them. They're always open to suggestions on different ways we can improve, and always offering really cool options for personal development and training. If you're the type of person who needs validation and call outs (like me lol) they're really good about that, and mindful of what keeps different personalities motivated. 1:1 meetings are scheduled based on how often the employee personally feels like they need them. Just an overall great experience, and I've been here close to 2 years.

-The Account Management team is incredibly supportive of one another. -The CEO is our direct manager and she is also incredibly supportive. She takes every opportunity to provide feedback. It is always in our best interests and to help us improve. Its clear she really cares. We are high performers and high but reasonable expectations are set. I've worked in recruiting and staffing for 10+ years and there are companies out there that ask alot but don't provide the resources to be successful. Boutique provides every training and technology to enable you to be successful. -Boutique is built on a foundation of constant improvement and innovation. Changes are made, but only done so if they make sense. -Business is done ethically, there is a high volume of placements but exceptional quality control. -We have a broad practice which keeps things interesting and also provides ample opportunity to learn about many different industries
