Fun job, terrible pay.

Pros

I loved interacting with our repeat clientele and being able to have fun on the job. It was never stressful and I always felt like our tasks were manageable.

Cons

You'd think as an assistant manager they'd pay you more than $12/hr. It's really hard to retain employees with this salary. Even though I loved the job, I couldn't pay my bills.

Pros

The environment and the people, great employee discount and amazing products to sell and buy!

Cons

The pay! $13 an hour for an assistant manger isn’t enough for someone to live off of let alone support a family. The company sells shirts for up to 20-30 dollars but can’t pay their employees a decent wage. Such a shame.
