Pros

They take care of their employees. The health benefits for management are the best.

Cons

I wish there were more full time positions for assistant managers. At my store there were only part time which is why I left.

Pros

-Fun, accepting environment -Cool people -Good discount

Cons

Wages were crap. I worked for this company for 2.5 years (through the pandemic) and the best they could pay me was $11.22. The $0.22 was from a 2% raise we all got when the company decided after a lot of debate to give us a raise at all. That was a slap in the face after dealing with the public who oftentimes were rude or downright hostile about pandemic measures like masks and capacity limits. Management also wasn't given a lot of hours to give to associates. Ideally we would have had at least 3 people working at a time in order to run the store and do all of the other tasks that we were given by the company, but often we only had enough hours for 2 people at a time (sometimes only a manager by themselves pre-pandemic).
