Pros

Pay was decent-ish. Ok bonus structure. Good insurance.

Cons

No work/life balance due to being understaffed. Stopped matching 401k after COVID. Must work every weekend except one which would be fine if you were GUARANTEED a weekend off every month. The problem is that staffing was so low through the first 7 months of the year if someone called out you would need to work…

Pros

The discount stacks are Hottopic

Cons

Constantly adding more work but expected to drop everything when customers walk in and engage. Makes it hard to multi task and get certain work done.
