Pros

I the culture of the company and I get lots of support from my district manager.

Cons

HQ took away all hours for any floorsets and visuals. Which forces you to split focus on completing the visuals and also customer servicing every customer in store. Visuals should happen before or after the store being open, but they don’t allow that any longer. They do not give any allotted training hours to train and onboard entry level sales associates. HQ sometimes feels disconnected when they believe these operational heavy tasks don’t need hours and can “wiped out” in the middle of the day while still excelling at customer service. It does feel like they also micromanage the schedule that the SM makes.
