Horrible Company

Pros

There are no pros to note.

Cons

The executive leadership is horrible. Upper management is so removed they don't have a clue on what actually goes on. The CHRO didn't even know the people who were on her team. They are non-compliant on many levels, including payroll administration and 401k. They gave been, and currently are, under DOL audits with more imminent. This is a terrible company and you do not want to work for them. They do not care about their employees. Note that I left voluntarily on good terms.

Pros

Nothing good to say so don’t so don’t say anything at all, right?!

Cons

No management to “keep the flow” they just their office and let you do their job for them. It’s absolutely the worst collision repair facility you could take your car to for repair! The absolute worst!

No Structure, No Support, No Thanks

Pros

Hard to think of any when the management philosophy involves yelling at people in meetings about how they are doing things wrong.

Cons

Working here was a frustrating experience from start to finish. The pay is significantly below industry standards, which might be tolerable if the environment were supportive — but it's not. The organization lacks any real structure, and priorities shift constantly without clear communication or rationale. This leads to wasted time, duplicated efforts, and a general sense of confusion across teams. Leadership seems disengaged and reactive rather than proactive. There's no strategic direction, and decisions are often made on a whim. The work environment itself is tense and uninspiring, with little regard for employee well-being or morale. If you're looking for a place to grow professionally or feel valued, this is not it.
