• The company culture is incredibly welcoming and supportive! In ways that I have never experienced before. • Many employees have been with Bozzuto for years, which says a lot about job satisfaction and stability. • There are clear opportunities for growth and development!!!! • Company events are fun, thoughtful, and make you feel valued (they even provide gifts and lunches). • Leadership and coworkers genuinely care about you as a person - you never feel like just a number. • Excellent benefits. • Very inclusive for ALL.

Cons

• At times, some residents can be a bit entitled and forget that staff are people too. It comes with the role, but the supportive team makes it easier to handle.

The pay was decent for the area I lived in

Cons

Worked the front desk by myself for 4 months on a lease up. Was never trained by the manager and when I got them leases I never was paid for the work I did. I emailed them for 3 months asking for an update and was always brushed off just to be told the policy changed and now my bonus went to the front desk people who are "taking care of them now"
