Pros

They really make good faith attempt at diversity & inclusion. Benefits package (sans 401K) is top notch. Multiple clients in multiple states - so much to learn - lots of intricacies - the work doesn't get boring There is opportunity for growth There is actually an onboarding training program as well as continuing education classes

Cons

Can only speak on the accounting department, but your experience is greatly dependent on what team you are on and who you report to. And there is little to no attempt by the leaders to change that fact. The department is staffed such that there is no one to cover when someone is on PTO, thus negating the PTO benefit. You are punished for being good at your job by getting piled up with the most number of properties and the most difficult ones...while others are able to have the same title and make the same $ and coast by on half the properties with half the difficulty level. They consistently implement new processes intended to make our jobs easier, but they do it before the process has been fully vetted...sometimes before the software is even ready. The Directors and above are unnecessarily secretive but claim to be transparent. The pay is considerably under market. The higher ups push a manipulative narrative to make you think you are valued, but the only thing they value is people who will do the most for the least pay and are willing to work 15-20 hours OT with no additional pay.

Pros

The pay was great probably the most I have ever made or one can make as just a maintenance Technician.

Cons

Politics, favoritism, you have to kiss up to the managers and be ready to take alot of abuse from your managers if you wanna succeed. HR does nothing for you.Bozzuto claims to be " family taking care of family " yet most people in bozzuto in a manager position abuse their power yet because they get along with the regional they get away with the abuse. Especially in South Florida miami dade county properties.
