Bozzuto speaks of "we are family taking care of family and one Bozzuto"
Well, World beware!! That's not true!! Bozzuto works their employees to death. It's a sweatshop environment, they pay you pennies and overload people with work.
All other management companies pay bonuses. When Bozzuto had overtime pay, it was worth it, but now, they took it away, RUN! At least when they had overtime pay, that compensated for the work overload, but now, since they migrated to a new system Bozzuto Utlipro clock in/out system, they automatically feel now like they have paid millions in overtime, which brought the change and what to professionalize the position all of a sudden. Well I see it as instead of complaining about employees working overtime, lessen people's work load or properly compensate your staff.
Everytime, you turnaround there is something. Upper management get ready, because you will close the properties when people are out, the managers should know better than to close them when they are overload themselves!!
Stop the liars at one Bozzuto, and family taking care of family's or their favorite "transparency" it’s all a lie!!!
