Been with Bozzuto 5+ years - competitive pay and ability to move up quickly in career, great networking, nice people, fantastic time off. Very thankful for Julie Thompson and would recommend anyone to work under her portfolio.

Cons

Stressful industry, understaffed properties, poor work/life balance, expected to be on the clock 24/7 - can never disconnect, difficult ownership groups, lack of support from corporate/regionals

Pros

Great first job out of college and gave me relevant experience to get the job I currently have. The people within the company are really great and I made friends that I value.

Cons

You have to work 3 weekends out of the month and on the weekends it is max 2 people (including yourself) in the office. I thought the role was 50/50 with sales and marketing when I first started and then I quickly realized that it was all sales and I was just giving tours and selling apartments. It was not fun having my office be the leasing office of an apartment building. Only do this job if you're interested in property management.

Work-life integration can be challenging in a 24/7 industry however time to relax and recharge is critical.
