The company shows that they care about their employees. The company offers a lot of training opportunities to help their employees. You can grow quickly as long as you work hard.

Cons

There is not a lot of support in the northeast area. Not a great Work/life balance

Great people to work with!! Great benefits and bonus potential! You can move up in the company pretty fast if you want. Overall company spirit is upbeat, inspiring, and fun

Cons

Working weekends is the only con I would have - but really they aren't bad. Time flies by and you still have nights!

Pros

The support groups are available and supportive. We have the tools to succeed. The training team has good classes and great trainers. I have a good work/life balance because my boss is flexible as long as we are performing.

Cons

We just need to be more consistent with policies and HR issues. But I know it is a work in progress. Other than that, I love working for The Bozzuto Group.
