Pros

Management is willing to help employees grow and obtain the tools they need for success. Bozzuto has a great culture especially for those just joining the workforce.

Cons

There could be better incentive programs to reward employees since the pay is pretty low.

Company reputation is good based on community activities and performance of Management group. Benefits are OK.

Cons

insufficient support from management; no communication. insufficient resources to complete work assignments. inconsistent direction. long, long work hours required to accomplish minimal levels of work. unprofessional colleagues. advancement opportunities are virtually non-existent. no bonus and salary doesn't make up for it. highly stressful environment. company is going through growing pains and sr. management doesn't realize it.
