Pros

If you get a good manager, you can learn a lot about property management in higher level luxury communities.

Cons

They are all about optics. As long as it looks good, they think it's a great company. Behind the scenes, they don't care about their people. The regionals and VPs gaslight managers and assistants, and blatanly lie to them about what they need to do to get promoted. They have lost dozens of amazing people because they keep favoring terrible ones because they're "fun". They don't even want feedback from employees via an actual exit interview when people insist on giving one. My friend joined the company without telling me and immediately regretted it.

PTO accrues quickly Health insurance is great and affordable

Cons

Managers are cliquish (throughout the company) and usually very under-experienced Accomplishments are not acknowledged Difficult to transfer to other properties Overworked and significantly underpaid - other companies required less experience and paid anywhere from $20K to $40K more pay year The walk doesn’t match the talk

Huge potential to work for a growing construction firm with the resources of a massive real estate portfolio. Everyone here wants to work together to solve problems and "create sanctuary" as they say.

Cons

Information flow between companies can be improved and the 401k match/benefits are average.
