It is a large company, and with that comes large responsibility. I think people have big goals here and sometimes it is hard to maintain a work-life balance, but it is possible with proper time management and boundaries!At our company, we embrace the significant responsibilities that come with our size. Our team members set ambitious goals, and while maintaining a work-life balance can be challenging, it's achievable with proper time management and setting clear boundaries.

Pros

-Base pay is relatively good for a leasing position. That's truly it. Some of my coworkers were cool.

Cons

- If your manager does not support you, you WILL fail. My manager was gone for weeks and was not supportive at all. ALOT of work is expected of you on a daily basis, in comparison to other leasing companies I have been with. My property specifically had some clique-y behavior, as a POC I did not feel comfortable there.
