- Managers at BSDC love to make reviews here on Glassdoor - Local company - Some decent coworkers

Be careful of all the manager reviews, that would be the five star and most the four star reviews if there are any. This is one of the only honest reviews for this company… - Non-competitive pay - Poor Benefits - Revolving door of personnel, seems like people are constantly leaving or getting fired - Poor raises. Most of the time they will only give you significant raises if you threaten to leave, so keep that in mind if you want to work there - Remote work limited for favorites so then they force you to work in office of local downtown - Behind the times in tech stack - Fake open door policy. When you are open and talk to management about concerns or ways we could improve you could be labeled as going against the grain and in a way you are ousted from the company
