My job uses all of my skills - customer service, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis. Co-workers who care about me No two days are the same so it's never boring. Lots of benefits plans to pick from Under new leadership and things have really improved

Cons

It takes quite a while to learn your role. Don't give up!
