Brady has changed a lot in the last few years, and not for the better.

Pros
One of the best things about Brady are the people. Good benefits and 401K match. Strong company that has a few good people in upper management.
Cons
Very hard to advance and if you do get a raise it’s 2 or 3%. Used to be a family friendly company. Employees could flex if needed and make up time but now it’s very micromanaged. All of a sudden there’s no working from home. Endangering your employees by forcing them to come in during a pandemic is irresponsible and makes us feel that we are not valued. When people have Covid other people around them are not even told. Very poor Covid 19 response.
