The division I work in is forward-looking, refreshing our product line continually to keep and expand markets. The development process is modern, with emphasis on what adds value, changing as needed. Commitment to common platforms is strong, with more re-use than I've ever seen at other companies. Underlying technology is updated as needed, not kept in the past. Training budget allows for appropriate classes and/or conferences.

My department's management structure is supportive at every single step. I am given everything I need to excel at my position. On-boarding was very professional, and the transition from on-boarding to usual business was well thought out and extremely effective. Best employer I have experienced.
