      Pros

      Healthy mix of youthful and experienced professionals that are all striving to grow and collaborate. Challenging and fast-paced work environment that continues to keep you on your feet. Large company with an entrepreneurial strategy and mindset. Lots of opportunity to grow with inspiring and seasoned leadership at the helm.

      Cons

      Lots of hurdles to overcome in the day to day as this division is turning the corner and bringing sales back to growth.

      Pros

      For engineering: Some of the smartest people I've had the pleasure to work with. Compensation is pretty good for the Midwest. It was unique to be a part of an international team.

      Cons

      Headquarters is in the Midwest, but that's a matter of opinion.
