      Pros

      The people here are great - they are friendly and usually fun to work with. If you work hard and get the right opportunity, you can get promoted, but this isn't always the case for each person.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't give great feedback and doesn't seem to have a clear direction. Each month we go back and forth on what the focus should be for the business - it makes planning projects and improvements nearly impossible. This place can be frustrating if you are a driven individual because there is just no real direction - the lower-level managers do their best to try to provide some stability for their direct reports, but it often seems to the hourly workforce that the lower level management team doesn't know what they're doing.

      Pros

      Close to home - 15 minute drive.

      Cons

      It was a toxic environment to work in where talented, innovative, forward thinking people were either managed out or resigned on their own accord. No design process or organisation. Strong politics in play. If you want your creative ideas heard, career progression, strong, positive leadership, then this is not the place for you.
