- Commissions not paid out on large deals and the rules governing them is retroactively changed in the benefit of the company. - Upper management is out of touch with modern business practices, which filters down to the bottom in very negative ways. - Company does not care about helping employees grow in their careers, nor is there a lot of opportunity for start employees to get promoted. - Company just did a mass layoff because of tanking sales (simplification), but kept a lot of the people in power (most of upper management) who led the company down the wrong road in the first place.

Lack of direction from the management, very resistant to change, fear of layoffs, corporate politics, playing favorites ect. Underwhelming after LDP/ Rotational program.
