      -Inclusive culture -Competitive pay, benefits and 401k with effectively an 8% employer contribution. -Promoting within is a big priority for management -Continuous drive for innovation, automation, and process improvement -Leadership is visible and engaged with general employee population

      -Flexibility is limited in most roles compared to the trend in other companies post-covid. -Decision making can be slow but leadership has taken actions to get employee feedback and improve internal processes to drive quick actions.

      Pros

      Great design challenges, little to no office politics.

      Cons

      Very little UX budget (staff, tools, etc). Pay bands and OTE earnings are WAY below market rate. No stock options. Almost all advancement is reserved for employees living in Milwaukee. During the pandemic, employees that are able to WFH are required to work in the office.
