7yBrady focuses first on internal placement, and has an internal job posting system to encourage movement within the company. We have skills-based and management training opportunities to develop our employees in skills areas where they want to grow. We also seek feedback via bi-annual surveys, and keep our employees informed during regular town hall meetings where our production employees are encouraged to ask questions.
