Very political, horrible training, lots of people who undermine one another and think they are better than everyone else. The trainer is just dumb and inconsiderate/impolite. Nowhere else to go, stuck in this position.

At Brady employees are the reason that you work there. Many hard working people that are great to work with.

Cons

The company has started to decline over the last 5 years. The pay is not as great and the benefits, which were great at once, are declining. I have concerns on the direction of the company and many managers need to be replaced or get better skills.
