      Moving in the right direction

      Pros

      Company is taking the right steps to help the company move forward. The leadership team has been very open and honest. The CEO brings a lot of energy and passion. He is very forthcoming about what needs to be done to ensure success. He can be conservative at times, but really wants to take Brady back to its core roots.

      Cons

      Long term employees at times struggle with some of the change taking place, but overall it is right thing for the business.

      Pros

      This company has hardworking, dedicated teams. Upper management is supportive of the agile transformation. Teams are focused on providing real value to end users. Metrics are used to help teams succeed and not to punish. Great culture of continuous improvement.

      Cons

      Some budgeting issues can get in the way, but once passed those, teams should be staffed appropriately. Software development areas could be updated to be suitable for better team engagement.

      Heading in a better direction

      Pros

      We seem to be heading in a good direction as a company! I don't think many outside of the corporate level see it just yet, but I like some of the things I'm hearing from the CEO and some of the Leadership team.

      Cons

      Pay isn't great (even with benefits), no matter how 'competitive' they tell you it is. The head of HR is severely lacking.
