      Management changes result in turmoil

      Great facilities, reasonable work loads

      Cons

      Management changes, starting with the CEO and working down to the department manager level have left the majority of employees confused and feeling uncertain about leadership's ability to maintain a strategic plan.. Leaderships only concern is the stock price, and won't allow anything to delay their efforts. Company prides itself on servant leadership, but does not actually practice that philosophy. Managers are so worried about their jobs they are afraid to take action.

      Pros

      Great management. We have the best manager within Brady Corporation. If you are getting your work done, helping others, and have desire to grow within the company, you will have great opportunity to do so. Flexibility is great when surprises occur. Pay is excellent. You are truly working as a team with your outside rep. I highly recommend.

      Cons

      Not many. One would be the commission structure is driven by some pretty high percentages. Regardless, It's on a sliding scale so you should always get something.

      Pros

      Great coworkers who care alot about the company and work very hard to make Brady the best it can be. Change needed to happen to help Brady grow and that is happening now.

      Cons

      Constant changes to structure can be quite disruptive to business continuity. Positions have been eliminated recently for some excellent people. Too many changes at the leadership level at one time. Very stressful time for employees during this time of transition--especially when it drags on.
