      Pros

      My department's management structure is supportive at every single step. I am given everything I need to excel at my position. On-boarding was very professional, and the transition from on-boarding to usual business was well thought out and extremely effective. Best employer I have experienced.

      Pros

      The people here are smart, innovative and open to new, data-driven ideas. The culture is one that encourages innovation throughout the organization, and values employees feedback, participation and engagement to drive results and operational excellence. They interact heavily with customers to drive product development and continual improvement, always trying to improve and drive service excellence. Annual goals are set across the company with individual team versions set and reviewed quarterly. Bonus is paid out regularly in handsome amounts, depending on your position. Work/life balance is good, with an understanding out outside life, ability to work from home as needed, etc.

      The company acknowledges that there are always opportunities for improvement. It is a relatively small and flat organization, so depending on role, opportunities for advancement can be limited and bandwidth to drive projects forward and be restricting.
