      Pros

      Good work/life balance with friendly coworkers. Flat organization with opportunities for anyone that wants to take initiative and lead. Global company so have opportunity to interact with coworkers around the country and across the globe. Organization is always trying to get better and improve . Its a safe environment to take risks and try new ideas. Good talent is recognized.

      Cons

      Processes can be a little more complex than needed which can be frustrating at times.

      People are great to work with and for. Positive work environment. Feel appreciated for the work I do. Strong leadership team.

      Would like more flexibility, for example - Summer hours - half day Fridays from June - August or compact work week

      Pros

      Upper management values work-life balance. I am thankful to work for a company that provides a comfortable space for nursing mothers and understands the importance of being with your children when they are sick. I work with genuinely nice people at Brady!

      Cons

      You are allowed to take the full 12 weeks of maternity leave but only six weeks are paid. Fortunately, Brady pays 100% of your salary for those six weeks.
