Pros

Most people were very nice and treated each other like family. However, this was a factor of everyone trying to look on the bright side of working for a terrible, backwards company.

Cons

Lied during the interview about the nature of the job and the fact that there is 0 room to grow. Lied about pay as well. Terrible, out of touch management that provided no support and had unrealistic goals. Nearly impossible to meet sales metrics. PTO and pay is very, very bad. No work from home or flexibility what-so-ever. Punch in and out for salaried workers and make you feel like cattle if you’re a moment late. At the end of the day, you’re selling stop signs. The reality of it is, nobody wants to, or cares about buying these items, and it’s embarrassing to sell these items. Manufacturing (as a byproduct of bad management) screws up every other order and leads to horrific customer service that the sales reps have to deal with.
