Great design challenges, little to no office politics.

Cons

Very little UX budget (staff, tools, etc). Pay bands and OTE earnings are WAY below market rate. No stock options. Almost all advancement is reserved for employees living in Milwaukee. During the pandemic, employees that are able to WFH are required to work in the office.

No Onsite, No growth, No salary hike, No learning, Lot of internal politics, People leave the company because of manager where the team size got shrined from 20 to 2, Attitude of managers makes people to sit on fire.
