      Usual maintenance related tasks, nothing difficult. Fun staff with a shared hatred of residents.

      Cons

      Maintenance manager is a friend of the owner, belittling, petty, aggressive. Call outs are not payed which is completely unrealistic. Residents have inflated and unrealistic expectations.
